The spot is bought, not earned.
hiremepls.lol is a public leaderboard of people who want to get hired. Your place on it is decided by one thing: how much you bid. Employers, recruiters and founders see the top first.
How it works
- Put yourself on the board. A name, one line, a category, and what people should open: LinkedIn, a portfolio, a CV.
- Bid. New spots start at $5. To take #1 you pay more than #1 paid. Bids add up — top up whenever you like.
- Get outbid, get 95% back. Every rank has a price shown next to it. Anyone can claim it for one dollar more — and the moment someone bids above you, 95% of what you put in goes back to you. You keep your place and your number on the board.
Where the money goes
- 95% back to the payer when they are outbid (minus what the card processor or the network charges on the way back). Nine to five, get it.
- 4% on promoting the profiles on this board — Google, LinkedIn, or wherever else we can buy eyes for the people here.
- 1% on running the project.
The current unbeaten bids are held in full. The split only happens when a deposit is released. The running numbers are public on the stats page.
Why this is better than a job board
On a job board you are one of four hundred applicants. Here you are one name in a short, ranked list that people actually read, with a number next to it that says how much you want it. That number is a signal no cover letter can send.
Your CV, portfolio and LinkedIn are in one place; every click is counted and shown. It is also a bit of a joke, and that is fine — it is the kind of joke that gets shared.
Pay with whatever you have
Stablecoins on every major network — USDT, USDC, DAI and the rest on Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, Solana and TON — plus TON, GRAM, BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, or a bank card. Crypto payments go to the site's own wallets and are recognised automatically, usually within a minute. No gateway, no KYC, no account.
